Hi Jennifer,

Would you please check if it is time for me to renew my RNGuardian membership? I’d like to renew it and continue to receive stellar service (no other organization could compare) from your organization. I am proud to be part of your organization who truly cares – meeting the needs and concerns of its members.

It has been a while since we last communicated (you were on leave that’s why I didn’t bother you). I am Nicole Valentines client for my DUI. We went through the motion and ended up with a citation and a fine with BRN and no restriction whatsoever! Nicole was not only an excellent lawyer but she is a compassionate person. Thanks a million for directing me to her. You have been very instrumental in the success of my case.

Here’s the real deal – difficult for me to get a job. My criminal record is in the way. I’ve researched and would like to verify with you that I could request the court for an early end to my probation (completed all the mandatory classes and community service). My arrest was in XXXXX 2015 and my conviction was in XXXXX 2015. I have also been driving without restriction.

Please advise.

Jonathan

Hello Jonathan,

So good to hear from you and I’m so pleased to hear the outcome of the BRN action was a citation and fine! That is fantastic news! But I am sorry to hear that you’ve had trouble because of the DUI.

Yes, you can request an early termination of probation and have the DUI expunged if you’ve completed all the probation requirements and paid all fines and fees to the courts. That is something that Nicole and I can certainly help you with so you can get that dream job!

My best,

Jennifer Coalson-Perez
