This is a unicorn, folks. Dismissals do not happen with the BRN, especially in DUI cases and especially if the BRN is pushing for all 19 probation requirements! But here, at least Unicorns do exist and the mythical result is true. Eryn was arrested for a DUI, even though she was never charged and never convicted. The BRN eventually filed an Accusation against her RN license anyway, and we were retained to defend her. In the VAST majority of cases involving a DUI, we do not proceed to a Hearing with the BRN because the RN typically ends up with some sort of formal discipline anyway. In this case, we were shooting for a Letter of Public reprimand but would have settled for probation with a rule out provision. Instead, we got a dismissal for our Eryn! She was the most lovely client and we could be happier with her result!

Nicole Valentine saved my career! I was arrested for a DUI with an accident and the BRN offered me all 19 stipulations with a 3-year probation. I was very skeptical about going to trial. I was afraid I would spend money and time end up with the same outcome. Nicole was always positive and made going to trail an easy decision, my case was dismissed by the judge and the BRN adopted the decision. Nicole is an excellent Lawyer who is extremely knowledgeable about the BRN. I can’t thank her enough.
